Email support@abuna.app from the address you sign in with. Tell us the name of your app and what you were trying to do.

Never send us your password or your secret key. We will never ask for them.

Paying for a subscription

If you pay a business through Abuna, that business sets the price, the refunds, and the terms. Contact it first about a charge or a refund. You can see your plan, pay, or cancel from the portal link in any renewal email.

If you can’t reach the business, or you think a charge is wrong, write to us and we will look into it.

Privacy requests

To see, correct, or delete your personal data, email support@abuna.app with “Privacy request” in the subject. We reply within 30 days. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights.
